Exclusive GEMs in Publishing Internship Opportunity: Remote!
Your Chance to Work with a Top Literary Agency — Flexible, Remote, and Real Experience!
Happy Monday, GEMs!
We’ve got an exciting internship opportunity to share for college students to get hands-on experience in book publishing. If you know a junior (or someone around that level) studying English, communications, journalism, or a publishing-adjacent major, this could be a perfect fit.
About the Internship:
Agency: Martin Literary Management
Commitment: 10–12 hours per week (remote)
Focus: Learn the ins and outs of book publishing while earning college credit
This is an excellent chance to gain real-world experience and build your skills in a professional literary agency setting. If you’re interested, reach out directly to Jennifer Newman at jennewens9@gmail.com. Be sure to include an updated resume that highlights your interest and relevant experience, along with a cover letter expressing why you’d be a great fit.
Before reaching out, you can check out more about the agency on their website: Martin Literary Management
If you’re passionate about publishing and ready to dive in, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss! Tell her Aliah from GEMs sent you 🥰
Stay tuned — I’ll also be sharing my recap with tips from Sally Kim very soon, no later than tomorrow morning.

Love this, thank you! Is this internship for Spring or Summer?
